Singha Estate and Shareholders Group Led by Mr. Sorasak Somwattana

Finalize Deal to Purchase Nirvana Daii Shares 711,855,320 Shares

 

Bangkok (January 6, 2021) – Today, Singha Estate Public Company Limited (S), one of Thailand's leading real estate development and investment companies, and the shareholders group of Nirvana Daii Public Company Limited (NVD), led by Mr. Sorasak Somwattana, announced the successful completion of the share purchase transaction, where Mr. Sorasak's group has acquired all shares held by Singha Estate in NVD, totaling 711,855,320 shares, representing 51.56% of NVD's paid-up capital at a price of 2.52 baht per share.

 

Mr. Sorasak Somwattana stated, “We have strong confidence in the potential of Nirvana Daii and are ready to continue the company's success, moving forward as a leading residential project developer in Thailand.”
